According to a tweet made by the Burnaby Lakers, the WLA squad have signed Matt Quinton from Elora, Ont.Quinton, who split time with the MSL KW Kodiaks and OLA Sr. B Owen Sound Woodsmen last summer, was selected 26th overall by the Boston Blazers in this season's NLL draft.
Quinton played collegiate lacrosse at Roanoke College, where he was a standout attackmen and ended his career 14th all-time in points, third overall in goals, and third overall in in goals per game.
He is known as one of Roanoke’s greatest attackmen.
