Along with the trade that sent Scott Evens to the Edmonton Rush for Rory Glaves, the Rochester Knighthawks brass were busy making other moves today.
Rochester also signed defensemen Scott Campbell, released transition man Ian Crashley and moved defenseman Cody Johnson to the practice squad. Both Glaves and Campbell were added to the active roster.
“It was a tough decision, especially considering what Scott brought to lacrosse,” Styres said . “But we had to do what was best for the team and it makes our defense steadier. It is always stressful when you move players. You have to ask yourself if it makes your team better.”
