The X - episode 1

The NLL didn't need IMG to think of "The X".
This concept is a great idea. Lets hope sports fans, not just lacrosse fans take a look at it because this could be something that gets a sports fan into a sport like lacrosse.
It's candid, raw and shows a different side of this sport we all know about but like to watch.
If "The X" goes viral, this could be something that elevates the NLL, and boxla to a whole new level.

The National Lacrosse League today released the first webisode installment of “The X”, an all-access look at the 2010 Buffalo Bandits.
“The X” is a four-part series of webisodes that combine to make a 22-minute documentary/reality show hybrid similar to HBO’s 24/7 series. It offers exclusive, never before seen footage of the Bandits’ training camp, locker room and practice leading up to the beginning of the 2010 NLL season, and including the Bandits’ season opener in Rochester.
The first webisode follows the team during training camp in Grimsby, Ontario. It features behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with some of the most prominent Bandits, along with sound bytes from players and coaches outfitted with microphones.
“The X” was shot and edited by Bandits production staff members Drew Boeing, Mark Blaszak and Jason Wiese, and made possible by Executive Producer Chrisanne Bellas and Creative Director Frank Cravotta.
The remaining installments of the four-part series will be released every Tuesday at 2 p.m. “The X” can be viewed on NLL.com as well as Bandits.com.
